Before joining ShareSafe Media, Randy served as president and managing partner of Agricola Management, a licensing, marketing, media, and management company where he successfully created and brought to market HGTV HOME products for Scripps Networks Interactive (now Discovery Communications).

Randy co-founded and was a partner at Agility Marketing Group where he combined conventional, digital, and social media marketing for brands in healthcare, entertainment, horticulture, and national restaurants groups.
